Ordered from the app after it updated. Upon arriving, the "I'm already here button" wouldn't activate. Showed it to staff. They had no record of order but provided it anyway since we had proof of payment. That part was good. As is common with this location, and our fault for not taking every item out of the to go bags to make it was there on a 4 person order stuffed into 2 bags, got home to realize a sandwich and 2 pies were missing.
