I had a very unprofessional experience at this location (2001 Genoa Red Bluff Rd). I placed three separate drive-thru orders, each using a reward code. While the worker at the speaker input them correctly, the price at the window was inaccurate. When I asked for a manager to resolve the discrepancy, she was unable to fix the technical error and instead became defensive.
