Forget to do basic things like give napkins, stir your drink if it needs stirred and fill your coffee half way.
so rude. Asked for straws we were missing and got started at blankly with no other customers in line.
Hot food and decent customer service is common here. There can be long wait times with some of my visits exceeding twenty minutes for less than five items ordered. Never had an issue about missing or wrong items.
Literally 43 minutes waiting on our order that we had to ask multiple times about being told just a few more minutes. When the too young manager was asked all that was said was were.doing the best we can with the people we have. Then make your crew responsible. Train them! Or replace them. Totally unacceptable. Drinks were forgotten and had to be requested. Sandwiches were cold and needed replaced. Just sad when it takes 30 seconds to cook a burger in the clam shell grill. Would give zero stars if possible.
