Waited for 20 min for a pack of 13 cookies absolutely horrible even went in and asked for them and waited another 10 min for a outstanding 30 minutes for some cookies
Worse mcdonalds I've ever been to and that says alot. You will be pulled through the drive through. Another try and another not so fast food order. They cant do nothing right here.
I've literally never had a good experience with the morning crew. From the staff being just downright mean, to trying to pick up a mobile order in the drive through and being told "sorry, we're not serving breakfast right now" even though I submitted my order 30 minutes before breakfast ended and I've been waiting in the drive through line since 15 minutes before breakfast ended. Night crew is great, but I'm never coming back here. I'd rather just drive all the way to Van Wert instead.
Over the course of 4 years this location has stolen over $40 when unable to fulfill online orders. Employees don't even have an explanation. They just say they can do nothing and you cannot get any other answer. When contacting corporate they defer you to local ownership who is unresponsive. This is theft and an unlawful business practice. Update 8/14/26: tried again….I hate doing this. I hoped it was going to be better. Forget to do basic things like give napkins, stir your drink if it needs stirred and fill your coffee half way.
