I pulled into the drive thru and sat thru 2 automated messages. Then a young man asked me what I wanted. He then said he could not hear me. I spoke up and he started talking to the other car and put their French fry order on my screen. Then he came back on and thot I was a new customer and started over. I said I dont know what happened but someone else's ord.... and some loud rude woman cut me off and said I was talking to an automated message.
