Keisha that was at the first window was very rude and disrespectful. I asked why was my order total different than was I was told a speaker and she ignored me as she continued to swipe my card for payment, then I asked why my coupon of 20% wasn’t on there got ignored and proceeded to give me my card and receipt back and closed window. Then at second window I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend my hard earned money anymore people is rude and have attitudes and I was refused a refund so I proceeded to call the police ... read more
These are the most rudest and disrespectful group of people I have ever met. They do not help the elderly when they made a mistake. They yelled at customers saying "yall need to use the kiosk." Instead of coming and taking their order. I would never expect people who work in the food industry would treat customers. Without customers they wouldn't have a job let alone a paycheck. Someone needs to teach these people some respect and manners cuz lord they for real need it.
