Waiting in drive up line 50 minutes. Milk shake was watery and warm. Bun bread was cold/hard, and fries were overcooked and leathery. 24-hour service for late night should provide the same quality as days & evenings. The manager was unconcerned about fixing the situation. I can't sit another 40-50 minutes in line.
