I placed an order online, which I normally don't and prob won't again. Theres a long line at counter, none of customers are addressed for about 10 mins. Lady then asked to help us. I was second is line. First person is also waiting on a online order and receives it prompt. She helps other customers, I watch for another 10 mins the staff run around looking like they dont know what to do. Waited 30 minutes for an Dine-In order. Little priority compared to Drive-Thru
These guys are always so friendly and fast. Definitely the best McDonald's I've ever been too :))
