On 9/3/2026 at approximately 10:31 AM, I stopped at the McDonald’s in Osseo, Wisconsin, to grab a quick lunch. The low score for this review does not reflect the quality of the food. In fact, this is definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations in the area. My issue was entirely with the customer service I received at the drive through. The chicken sandwich I ordered was not cooked all the way through.
It's McDonald's always consistent
Went through the drive through. Ordered #2 no onion with a sprite and #9 ketchup only with a sprite and a fish sandwich. Get to the window where they hand out food and they hand us a diet coke. They corrected it right away. Went and parked in the parking lot to eat. All the burgers came with onion on them.... and the quarter pounder was still raw in the middle with onions on it. I wont be returning to this location since they cant cook food that is edible and cant read basic instructions.
