This McDonalds is absolutely filthy. If any restaurant is this dirty upfront then it is far worse in the kitchen.
We had a terrible experience today at this location. The service was terrible the intercom Communication was terrible. We were not charged our complete order. And when we went to pick up our food, we were still missing What we needed, what we requested and what was replied back to us before taking our order at the window. And this individual person, instead of just charging us the drink that was supposed to be missing by that time. In that conversation we had that was over a minute. We would have had my missing drink. I don't go to McDonald's often, but this location is great for the occasional fix. They are a well oiled machine. Fastest drive thru experience in Ft Myers. Can get in and out during a 15 min break with ease. Thanks guys
