We paid $97 dollars for food just for some to be missing and someone took a bit out of it just a total disgrace
Waiting over 40 mins for a curbside pickup order just seems excessive. Tried going inside to grab my food and the front crew people had no answers and couldn’t help me and the managers were just yelling at people and each other. The drive thru seemed to be the only thing they cared about. Lots of irate customers inside. Bad experience all around.
They forgot the happy meal we ordered for dining in. I went up to the counter with receipt to get the happy meal. I waited over 10 minutes for a basic happy meal. They had a full staff, and i watched 3 employees trying to open a sauce pack ignoring the customers waiting for their food. While I was waiting, another gentleman came to the counter to receive his order for dine in. Be careful with mobile orders, they've gotten my order wrong give times in a row now.
