I ordered a fish filet and chicken nuggets. I asked that they be prepared fresh because we all know McDonald's is known for serving non-fresh food. When the prior manager was here, a request such as mine was always honored. My food was not fresh today at all.😫
every single time i come here they have every car pull up to the curbside spots to wait. this ends up making us wait even longer cus they just take their sweet time. the whole point of drive thru times is to make sure they are getting the orders out quickly and efficiently, but instead they just make everyone pull off to wait 20+ min. this has happened every time i’ve come even for just one meal. simply ridiculous and the workers are super rude too when i was very polite. i understand customer service is rough, i work in it ... read more
