The drive-thru experience here is a total mess and facade. They told me (and at least five other cars) to pull into parking stalls to wait 10+ minutes just so they could 'clear' their drive-thru timer and report a 'terrific' speed-of-service to corporate. If I wanted car-hop service, I would have gone to Sonic—and honestly, the food there is better anyway. This isn't a car-hop; it’s just poor management.
