I stood there for almost an hour waiting for an order that was never delivered. The manager herself didn't bother to serve my order. I felt contempt and racism for being Latino and not speaking English well. I will never return to McDonald's again.
Every time we do drive thru, they make us pull up to the curbside pick up and we wait at the minimum 10 minutes, even when there's no line. Today I had to leave the spot they asked me to park in, because they never brought my food. In total, I was there for 20 minutes. Avoid this location like the plague.

How is it possible that they didn't put any effort into it and they sell it like this, as if one were to ask them for people, they never last in the jobs.
