I just want to say never again! I’m very disappointed at this location. I ordered through the app today (11/21/25) sometime around 1pm. I order here frequently so I have spent plenty of money here. It’s a shame because I went to pick it up at the drive thru and they had an error on THEIR end. They told me to pull to the second window and I was met with an attitude from the employee. Norwood location young man that took the order was very pleasant. Of course they had staff in the back and he was discussing Bengals and so he was cutting up but it was great all in fun and good giggles. 10/26/25 9:01pm And I'm so grateful they were open.
