The manager with the pink and blue at the main street location in Anderson,SC said this was fine. I saw this before she made our mcflurries, it was caked with food debris. She wouldn't remake them with a clean spoon and said they are supposed to clean them every 4 hours.

Maybe instead of having us file forms for you to do something Mr. Patel, you should go and watch your cameras and see how slow and ignorant your staff actually are, always a wait, you can order 2 simple items and the wait will be 20 minutes, the managers suck and can’t do their job, the employees are too worried about what’s on instagram, since you’re a franchise owner I think it’s time you should go act like an owner. Sincerely will call the BBB if something isn’t done.
Corporations need a fix on change .stop expecting consumers to eat a 3 cent change and say no pennies ! Yet you dont eat 2 cents and give a nickle for change . So I waited for a mang we to say to me ok I have 2 pennies so here . I rejected it you took up 5 min of my time to still not do the right thing and eat the 2 cents and keep the sale ! So no lunch 20 min waisted and never going back again was worth that 2 cents and insisting I give up the 3cents change ! Change the policy and eat the pennies or keep loosing customers .
Very unfriendly personnel! Starting with the manager who is almost always on the phone. A few months back there was a very nice helpful and professional manager which is not the case now. I have seen how the orders are incorrect or incomplete and the customer gets mistreated. I personally avoid going to that particular McDonald's. I was disrespected by one of the employees the other day and the manager looked at me like I was the problem. Very unfortunate to have the wrong personnel in charge.
