My son has autism and has limited communication ability. He also has a food allergy to cheese. I try to be understanding because I have worked for McDonalds in the past myself. Here is the situation. I am repeatedly given orders that are wrong. Sometimes we receive diet coke instead of regular coke. No biggie there. But usually we order a sandwich with "No Cheese" but when we receive the order it has a receipt on the sandwich box stating "No American Cheese", but the sandwich has cheese on it.
