5☆'s >8:30PM the last Tuesday of March '26 in drive-thru: Good Fries... really good + a tall sweet tea. Good drive-thru crew tonight. Extra Clean Lot + lotsa lights 24/7 all around bldg. Commercial Diesel in back. At ~9:20 PM the 2nd Monday in March 2026. Only 2 cars ahead in drive-thru & they're waiting 4 their order. 20 minutes later I get my fish sandwich... but NOT the drink. I sat in line for over 10 minutes, yes it was close to closing but well over 10 minutes til that time. At 9:58 they finally came on the speaker and said oh they don’t want me taking anymore orders we close at 10…. All the while the people in the background were cursing and carrying on as if they were standing in the kitchen they pay for at home and not a major fast food chain. Completely unacceptable.
