I was traveling from New York and stopped at this McDonald's for a quick bite. The place wasn't busy at all, so I expected fast and accurate service. My husband placed our order at the self-service kiosk — a Happy Meal with extra fries instead of apple slices and a regular combo meal. When we got our order, the Happy Meal was missing the second fries, and the regular meal didn't have any fries at all. Rude. Took the self refills away plus portion sizes are smaller while prices are higher.. not just here but everywhere. Staff needs to check their attitude. Never going again to this location and perhaps will stop going in General … trillion dollar company cheaping out. Ask for no ice got ice, asked for no salt, got extra salt, the burger is 3/4 the size. I haven’t been to mcd’s in a while, everything has changed. $12 for a meal?? I rather spend a few more dollars for a regular meal at a mom and pop shop!
