I waited at the pickup counter for more than ten minutes while my order was already prepared. Despite my repeated attempts to get anyone's attention, four employees ignored me completely. This level of customer service is unacceptable and does not reflect basic standards of professionalism.
We were waiting for so long the person infront of us and the worker were talking to eachother for so long causing us to get late from work then apple pies took 15 minutes and she didnt even inform us how long it would take ,bad customer service
Manjinder at the drive-thru always makes the drinks exceptionally well. They're consistently made perfectly, and her friendly service makes every visit a great experience. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
