not sure what's been going on the last few weeks but service has been terrible. last week it took 20 minutes (I wish I was exaggerating) just to get 2 medium fries and an iced coffee despite being the only person in the drive thru. 3 employees were just standing there at the window talking. then this time they gave me the wrong drink 3 times (a simple iced coffee) and it took 10 minutes to get a happy meal. 1 other car in drive thru, 4 cars in parking lot. it was great
UPDATE: they finally have milkshakes for the first time in 2 years, but gave it to me dripping chocolate everywhere, and with no straw. So here I am at work, I guess eating my entire milkshake with a plastic spoon. Clearly the people here don't really care. Food is typical McDonald's. It bums me out that they never have milkshakes. Why even keep it on the menu?
Went through drive through they told me they where taking a break from taking orders because the kitchen couldn't keep up there was only 5 cars in the drive through including me and the other car at the other drive through machine, I told them I would wait then, order taker seemed angry that I said I would wait, I waited about 4 minutes later they took my order, either they are severely under staffed or the kids working are lazy and not doing the work I'm sure the store owners wouldn't want them to take a break on taking ord... read more
this mcdonald’s is in DIRE need of new management. it is almost impossible to get help inside the store and the employees (specifically the older woman with a sleeve) make ordering incredibly difficult.
