I wish I could give a “0” because “1” is too many. Ordered a McDouble with NO pickles or onions, took them 3 burgers to get that right, ordered a SF coffee with Splenda, there was NO Splenda in it I almost spit it out, asked for ketchup and was told it would be “5” minutes to get ketchup they had to restock, asked for honey mustard and got hot mustard. Unbelievably bad food and service.
Gave my whole family food poisoning and they got our order wrong 3 times. Wouldn't recommend to anyone ever.
This place is unorganized, and doesn’t know how to look at the orders that a customer places. They asked me to pull up to station 1 and I sit there waiting for a chocolate milk shake for 5 minutes, because they didn’t look at the order. This is a big lack of management not training these high school students how to do a job, and this isn’t the first or second nether the third time this has happened.
