This has to be the worse run McDonald's in the area. Drive to the one on Boat Club and save yourself the frustration.
I pulled up and mentioned I had a code for a food item. They asked me the code at the speaker, and I read it off to the person. I assumed then my cheeseburger would be taken care of with my points. I noticed the burger was still showing as full price on the screen and I brought up using my points for it and was assured it was on there.
