The point of mobile orders and doordash orders is to not have to wait when we get there.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never return to this location again. Not only was half my order missing, but the managers laughed when this was pointed out. They continued to mock my wife as she tried to explain the situation. It's shocking to see that basic customer service—and common decency—is completely lacking here. It's become a game in my house of how horribly wrong the order is going to be. I'm just going to ask them to give me whatever they want because I never get what I ask for anyway.
