The employee shown in the photo below demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior and was responsible for most of the poor service during this incident. I visited this McDonald’s at around 9:11 AM today at 1527 Main Street Vancouver, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Cappuccino and a Green Tea from the self-ordering machine, but the machine was broken, so it didn’t print my order number.
