The young people working at this, McDonald’s were thorough, clean and friendly. Because they are part of Walmart store that store lost power as well as the McDonald’s. The staff acted in a professional manner, taking down everyone’s name and phone number ,that had placed an order that was in the system and not yet processed .some of us decided to wait a few minutes to see if the power would come back on, and of course it did. Waited a long time to get my food, had to get my fries replaced and the vuys forgot that I asked for my fries to be remade and obviously forgot and seems like the oil was dirty and not fresh. And while I was waiting a few customers orders were wrong and they were also upset. I can see the lack of customer service within the four employees that were there and the one girl was on her phone in front of house.

Paid for 2 double fish filets and received two single patty fish filets. And they don't answer the phone to make it right. Not drivimg back 15 plus min and waiting more. SMH.

Even though the kids working got backed up and out of order, they kept a positive attitude and stayed hustling. They did everything they could do to make everything right. Great employees!
