I did not purchase anything. I asked for a cup with ice, cup & ice only $2.71!!!! Employee stated that they charge for the cup.
I have been coming to the McDonald's at the Hemet Walmart for 13 years! Every week!! I bring Clients with me. Today...the New Mgr. told me I couldn't get ice. Are you kidding me??? Really???? This is how you treat your reg. CUSTOMERS??? PLS don't go here. New Mgt is Not Nice! Treats people like Dirt. No Customer Service Loyalty. So...pls don't come here and get treated badly!!! Too small and not s very clean place.
The young people working at this, McDonald’s were thorough, clean and friendly. Because they are part of Walmart store that store lost power as well as the McDonald’s. The staff acted in a professional manner, taking down everyone’s name and phone number ,that had placed an order that was in the system and not yet processed .some of us decided to wait a few minutes to see if the power would come back on, and of course it did.
