Horrible service. I ordered food through the mobile app and was told to check in mc Donald's app, and the app wouldn't help let me check in and the people there wouldn't do anything to check me in or offer to help just was told that I have to check in for them to make my food... never buying from here again.

I did not purchase anything. I asked for a cup with ice, cup & ice only $2.71!!!! Employee stated that they charge for the cup.
I have been coming to the McDonald's at the Hemet Walmart for 13 years! Every week!! I bring Clients with me. Today...the New Mgr. told me I couldn't get ice. Are you kidding me??? Really???? This is how you treat your reg. CUSTOMERS??? PLS don't go here. New Mgt is Not Nice! Treats people like Dirt. No Customer Service Loyalty. So...pls don't come here and get treated badly!!! PS I am a Professional Social Worker
