Waited a long time to get my food, had to get my fries replaced and the vuys forgot that I asked for my fries to be remade and obviously forgot and seems like the oil was dirty and not fresh. And while I was waiting a few customers orders were wrong and they were also upset. I can see the lack of customer service within the four employees that were there and the one girl was on her phone in front of house.
Paid for 2 double fish filets and received two single patty fish filets. And they don't answer the phone to make it right. Not drivimg back 15 plus min and waiting more. SMH.
Even though the kids working got backed up and out of order, they kept a positive attitude and stayed hustling. They did everything they could do to make everything right. Great employees!
This location has completely fallen in terms of customer service. Some workers are just out of touch with customer service. Their "Skip the Line" machine refuses to work properly when you use the app with it. It wouldnt let me use any deals. The location doesnt support the app anymore. The rebranding is ridiculous.
