Worst McDonald’s experience ever. We ordered two coffees via the touchscreen. In an empty restaurant, after 15 minutes of waiting, a staff member at the desk asked if we remembered our order. We then waited another 10 minutes, and still nothing happened, even though the restaurant was completely empty. Only when I asked them whether they are planning to give us the order or not, they finally started to do something, absolutely crazy.
