Ordered at the kiosk and had to wait half an hour to find out our order never went through. Then another half hour to get the food after speaking with someone about the error.
This McDonald's is horrible, mostly due to the people that work there. There is one guy on drive-thru that mumbles his words and talks low so every time he says something, you have to ask him to repeat what he said. Also, they never help the outer lane in drive thru- multiple times I have watched people come up after me in the first lane and get helped first and I have had to yell at the speaker, "is anyone helping this lane?" They never give you the condiments you ask for and the food quality has gone down for as expensive ... read more
