No one taking orders at the counter. Defeats the face to face modality McDonalds had once priced itself in. When we had picked up our food, they forgot to include straws and made excuses in terms of miscommunication for simply requesting the missing sauce we had ordered. Ordered sweet iced tea, then upon picking up the order -- they mention they no longer serve sweet iced tea. No comment nor accomodation from the employee besides that.
