Atmosphere not conducive to a dining experience. They play hard rock music so loud you can't hear yourself think. Never mind carrying on a conversation. We have asked management to turn it down a number of times. Nope, can't do. It's too bad because it makes what should be a relaxing experience a nerve racking one. My wife and I went in just for 2 coffee's. No one was being helped at the counter so we used the kiosk. 15 minutes later we still had not received our coffee. My wife asked what was going on. The staff looked up. No one responded and everyone went back to what they were doing. We waited a few more minutes still nothing so we walked out. No coffee!! No refund!! This is the first time in my life that I can remember being so disappointed with a Mc Donald's. The crew was more interested in the drive through and the on line order... read more
