I was given the wrong food at the drive thru so I went in to reconcile. I told the manager I was given the wrong food and ahe left to go handle it. As I was waiting a drive thru runner came in with a bag that was my food that they gave to someone else and they returned. He told another drive thru worker and handed me the same bag that was just brought back in. I find it disturbing that they would do this. I dont know about anybody else out there but I surely dont want my food handled by people that don't work for the place.
I wouldn't order the chicken ranch wrap. They're disgusting.
Sorry to say it took 10 minutes with me waiting out in the parking lot for them to bring me my food in the Drive-Thru let alone didn't bring me the other two items that were supposed to be brought I had to go back inside and they hand me to whipped cream cups that I was charged for
If you say no pickle they will just put extra on there. Don't know why.
