I was going to McDonalds in City Creek for the last 6 weeks because it was closest to my house. I ordered a large Americano every time. I started wondering why my espresso NEVER had the creama on top like all the other McDonald’s🤷♀️ I’m not sure if the machine they have does not work properly or is it because they don’t clean it every day like the other McDonald’s 🧐 Needless to say I won’t go to City Creek for my Americano anymore, so sad😢 I drive the 30 minute drive to Woods Cross McDonald’s to get a great cup of espres... read more
Store was so dirty, food was okay, staff was amazing though
The manager at this location is very rude and has zero customer service skills. She took one look at me and thought because I had a backpack (to carry my laptop) with me and a blanket wrapped around me (because I get cold easy) that I am homeless and she said I had to leave right as I was ordering my food. Since I did buy something she said I could stay however she called the cops on me and had me trespassed from the property.
Not open 24/7, ruined my night
