Quit telling your drive through customers to pull forward and wait. The food was ready. All you had to do was hand it to me. Use your brains. You make some people wait while their order gets cold and watch others drive by. Bad practice. Fast food is not pull over and wait food, while people behind you drive by. It was a simple order. Take a clue from In-N-Out. Don't do it.
Don't expect much!! We live in this area and notice that there is one of the few McDonalds that has play area for kids. The restaurant also looks new from outside. There are 2 areas for dine-in: one is newly renovated and the other is with play area. When we stepped in, there was no staff at the counter. No one cared who came in or out (I guess there was staff shortage and everyone was busy in the kitchen and drive-thru). The play area has a very unpleasant strong smell of sweat and hot with no AC. Store hours are not what they have on the website or under store sign I went there on February the 26th 2026 and it was 11:10 p.m. The website shows they close at 11:30 a.m. At the store there was no one inside McDonald's was closed already that's a bummer
