I love getting egg mc muffins was a little disappointed when I was told recently that they are no longer available after 10:30 wish they would at least serve them until 11 am
Very disappointing experience. I placed a drive-thru order for a coffee and was instructed to pull into the waiting area. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one ever brought out my order. I finally had to call the restaurant, only to find out they had completely forgotten about my coffee. To make matters worse, even before placing my order, I spent a long time waiting in the drive-thru lane and no one acknowledged me or took my order. It was calming the lady who provide me the food on playground area did ask if anything is missing or if needed anything else before leaving to be honest is rear that Macdonald to have a good customer service
