I have been a regular for a long time, and service is always quick and good service, but today made me want to write a review. The manager on duty (and worker who helped) reconciled a minor miscommunication that was only $3 in refund, but the speed and how NICE and kind she was really left me with a great impression.
Went to this McDonald's last night at 11:40pm. Presented survey with code for buy one, get one free. I purchased 2 chicken wraps that when I took a bite within less than a minute from receiving my order, the chicken was not hot, as required to be 165° minimum by health code. It was almost cold!! Also was charged for both and was not given a receipt. When I called, the manager on duty put me on hold till I hung up after waiting for 10 minutes! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time, but lately—on my recent visits—they take way too long to deliver orders, and to top it off, they still get them wrong. They used to have faster staff; now they are very slow and distracted.
