Yesterday, Jeniah ignored me while playing on her call phone. When she was through with her personal time; she then called another employee to assist me. Today, Meisha and Jeniah are laughing and chit chatting while my sandwich sits in front of them. Training is fundamental to customer service.
I placed my order online specifically to avoid having to wait, because I have already had issues at this same location with orders taking too long. However, when I arrived, my order was not ready. I waited about 20 minutes, and when they finally gave me part of my order, I was only given 1 hamburger even though I had ordered 3.
