There wasn't anyone at the register so I put my order in at the kiosk. The payment machine wasn't working so I went to the register to pay. I stood there over 5 minutes waiting for someone to approach the register but this never happened. I called for someone to assist me. I then had to wait again for my order to be made. I don't necessarily blame the workers. They all looked stressed and overwhelmed. This McDonalds needs new management. I've had prior incidents at this McDonalds as well hence the 1 star.
This place hasn’t gotten my order right once in like 10 times. It’s in a great location but it’s a shame that it’s so bad. Cold fries, wrong food and wrong drink are all normal. I wish people would stop going to it so hopefully management would notice. I originally posted this 4 years ago…. Tried again just to see if anything has changed. Nope. Just as bad as ever. It’s amazing it’s still in business to be honest. Seems like it has the “forever broken” ice cream machine as well.
