This was the third time that I had stopped in a week and a half. Each time that I stopped I asked for a catch-up to go on my sausage Egg McMuffin. They never put it on nor did they give me any ketchup packs. The first time and the second time I didn’t say a word because I did not check until I left. Just this morning I double checked in my bag to make sure I catch up and lo and behold. There was no catch up. not only did they make me pull up and wait 15 minutes but they never get my order right, they charge me for food that I never receive. my fries were awful as if the grease hasn't been changed in weeks. they have messed my order up three times now. I will no longer go to this location. from now I'll take my business to Wendy's. they never screw up and I never have to wait.

Worse place ever ordered a McChicken a cheeseburger meal and a nugget meal and two drinks It was all cold and I didn't have chicken on my McChicken fries tasted like they sat forever n drinks were watered down Will never eat here again ���
It's fine throughout the day, but the moustache lady at night is horrible!
9 out of 10 times we go to this McDonald's our order is wrong. Don't even get me started with the up charge for drinks and fries. You aren't able to get a "value" meal for the price on the menu even when you order exactly what the menu states is included. Today's trip cost about $45. Thanks for charging me for 3 slices of bacon and only giving me 2. I'm done with this store. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes past you to go to the Frackville location, at least they know what they're doing.
