Once again my order was wrong. You idiots have lost my business. How hard is it to read a screen and look un a bag???
The last time my wife and I were in your location (Breiel Blvd) there was no one to take orders. You had to use the Kiosk. So we went across the street to Wendy's. Complained to corporate but no response from you restaurant. Only two e-mails from corporate.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS STORE! THE DRIVE THRU IS SUPER SLOW DOES NOT WORK. NIGHT ONLY ACCEPT CASH. AND I JUST LEAVED THERE 4 or 5 MINUTES AND IT IS CLOSED, IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I AM GOING AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS CLOSED !!!

Their new policy is to mess up your order and then inconvenience you more before they'll make it right. Went through the drive thru this evening. Paid for a double quarter pounder. Was home when we realized they only gave us a single. Called the store and asked for a credit. Was advised that we have to bring back at least 50% of the incorrect item before they would fix it. So we are literally sitting in the drive thru as I am writing this review. The customer service was terrible. No hi how can I help you just straight to what can I get you. She wasn’t pleasant at all!!! Gave total with no Thank you or anything. Customer service lacked enthusiasm. Now the girl that took our money at the window was nice and said thank you and smiled. poor food couldn't get the food right the fries were hard the nuggets were heated up had to go back up to get food fixed right or get food that wasn't brought to us poor job

I just went through the drive-thru , they forgot my fries. I called, and they said I can come back tomorrow or any night through Wednesday and they’ll replace my order. I’m tired of this restaurant forgetting food.
