I NEVER leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at this location requires immediate attention from upper management. My order was incorrect, and when I went inside to resolve it, the manager’s behavior (red hair lady) was extremely rude and unnecessarily aggressive. The Food is good! It’s just the service is a bit mediocre tho. I’ve never experienced good service here. Every time I’m there some of the Hispanic workers seem a little grumpy, I’ve had to wait up to 15 minutes for my order to be taken multiple times and there have been a couple incidents where they didn’t understand and treated me as if I was trying to get over on them or be a thief!
