Food was decent. I spoke with the manager concerning the drink bar and all the tables that had not been cleaned. It was very dirty and they weren’t even that busy inside. The boy at the register was not friendly either and the manager totally ignored my complaint. It’s so very sad, because Rolesville is a very cute little town. In what seems to be a standard of care, no ice cream available. This is common in my McD experience. They should just remove cones from the menu.
My wife bit into a large piece of eggshell in her sausage and egg McMuffin this morning... they didn't give us a receipt for us to be able to get our money back online.
Recently visited this location….extremely poor customer service. Employees showed no interest in taking my order. Other patrons upset as well with several walking out. Not the cleanest dining area either.
The worst McDonald’s. They always get my order wrong. I’ve received raw, cold steak and eggs. I do not recommend this location at all. I order unsweet tea and get sweet.
