You often hear complaints about teenagers/young adults working in food service, but both young gents I met today at the drive through windows were kind and courteous with smiles and manners that sent me on my way with a full "I hope you have a good day!" While McDonald's food is what it is in regards to nutrition, my meal was served fresh and hot and did NOT look like it was just thrown together like some places leave you wondering. The manager, Lesi, took our order incorrectly, and when we politely asked what could be done to resolve the issue, she repeatedly insisted that we had placed the order wrong from the beginning, even though that was not the case. We remained respectful throughout the entire interaction, but she was consistently sarcastic, dismissive, and condescending. The experience was okay but the manager the older yt lady was very rude and acting as if she couldn't answer simple question asked by me the customer and one of her employees. There was a Hispanic male working he was very helpful he should have the manager position i watched him do everything

Food was decent. I spoke with the manager concerning the drink bar and all the tables that had not been cleaned. It was very dirty and they weren’t even that busy inside. The boy at the register was not friendly either and the manager totally ignored my complaint. It’s so very sad, because Rolesville is a very cute little town. Yet, we have managers and staff in this town that don’t give a crap about their customers or the appearance. My wife bit into a large piece of eggshell in her sausage and egg McMuffin this morning... they didn't give us a receipt for us to be able to get our money back online.
