The young woman passing out food was rude and her mask was below her nose. The two employees behind her were not wearing masks. One was wearing the mask as a chin strap the other didn’t wear one at all. If they won’t even follow this simple directive to keep people safe, I can’t imagine what other health codes they’re violating.

Just waited in line for drive through to tell us to drive up to 1st window without taking our order. 20 minutes later we get to window & ask for a McFlurry. We were told no ice cream & machine was broken. When I asked why wasn’t our order taken 20 minutes ago . The kid had no answer & no apology. What a joke!
Drive-threw was pointless had to wait to get to speaker only for a young lady yo rudely say that the orders were only accepted at the window, after another 10 min wait I pulled out of line and walked in to a young man without a greeting look at me and say go ahead with your order, I ordered an Oreo McFlurry with extra cookies and six chocolate chip cookies, the young man who had been accepting payment from the 4 people before me and without washing hands he prepared my McFlurry and handed it to me 🤮🤢🤢
I can't believe how much I paid for a Happy Meal!!!!! After reviewing my receipt I see that there was a 39 cent upcharge for apple juice!!!! The same exact meal in Clarkston is $3.90, here it is $5.70....I won't come back to this location ever again!!!
Always got the wrong order just about every time I go there. Most staffs can't read well and it's ok...as long as ask questions for reassurance/clarification..but got stink attitude instead. Maybe training in being empathetic, polite, respectful, type of things would help.

I tried to give this location another try, but as usual it was very bad. Cold food. Rude workers. Will not go back. I live in West Bloomfield, I will go to Keego Harbor from now on

Everytime I’ve been here the people are extremely rude. Today I went and they had no tenders. At least put a sign up. I receive my food and there’s NO sauce on my bacon smokehouse burger?! DONT GO HERE. I WILL NOT RETURN.
