First I just want to say this was always my go to McDonalds since it's right next to my job. But I just experienced my last time going there. Theres so much wrong at this location I don't know where to start. I'll start with this; A couple weeks ago I ordered 6 mc chickens for a couple of friends and I, and when i only received 4 in the bag I went inside to ask for my other 2. They always take a long time and today one of them left the restaurant to smoke weed in the parking lot for their brake. It was just ridiculous.
Don’t Go. You tell them your order 3x and they get it wrong. How hard is a #1? You try to get their attention to let them know it is wrong and they blow you off. When you finally get their attention- they tell you that you are wrong. Ugh. Customer service - Nope
Ordered online. 2 hot honey snack wraps with no lettuce. Received 2 ranch snack wraps with lettuce. Went inside, waited 10 minutes to be asked what I needed, got the new food, only one hot honey snack wrap. Complete waste of time and money. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Don’t bother ordering online or in person.
