Ordered food they forgot to give me my burger i called up there and they said come tommorow and they will give me a new one so i come up there and they tell me my name wasnt written down and that i cant get a new burger. Very unprofessional and will steal your money if you dont pay attention to whats in your bag.
Bro EVERY TIME there's a huge problem. I'm done with this location. It sucks because all my kids are in sports and this is the closest thing to my house, sometimes the convenience is nice - but I have officially had it as of tonight. Last time my partner and I went alone, sat in a pickup spot for (not exaggerating, even spoke to a manager) 40 minutes. Then we went through the drive through and waited another 20. Cleanliness is questionable here floors are slippery and greasy. Most concerning is the mold and moss growing on the lobby drink machine.
Always get parked everytime I use the drive thru and most of the time there is no one behind me.
