Dine-in is terrible. First of all, I hate that they don't have a human being taking your order. The process to order takes forever on the giant screens. After we finally got our order submitted we sat there for 25 minutes before getting our food. In a regular restaurant that would be fine, but at McDonald's...that's a bit ridiculous. There was one other person in the dining room and they already had their food. They prioritized the drive thru and we watched meal after meal get carried out to curbside and drive thru customers... read more
Edit: Downgrading my rating to 1 star. The service has managed to get even worse. You can't even stop by for a quick bite. Inside or the drive thru, they take forever and half the time they will mess up your order, as evidenced by the numerous people we saw come in after going through the drive thru. Stopped by with my family to get a quick meal and it took them over 20 minutes to fulfill our order. It's best to just avoid this place. The sooner it goes out of business, the better.
