The WORST drive-thru service on the planet! Received my food and was asked to move up and wait for my drink. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called the restaurant and asked where my drink (mocha frappe) was. A minute later, out came my melted drink, no longer iced. My food was then cold. I asked for name of owner of business, so I could lodge a complaint; they refused to give it to me. Now my only recourse is to respond with negative reviews when it could have been with a phone call.
