I got their new big arch burger for the second time and was disappointed for a second time very messy experience and extremely expensive for what I received I won't be back.
My order was taken quickly. The entire order was correct. They were moderately busy when I visited, so I was very pleased when my food came out more quickly than expected.
I ordered this evening (4-13-26) at approx. 5:00 p.m. at the McDonalds in Duncan, Ok. I pulled in the drive thru about 5 minutes later. I gave them my mobile code. They gave me a receipt and when I pulled up to get the order they gave me two of my 3 drinks and asked if I would go to stall #1 and they would bring my food to me. I waited 9 minutes and called the store manager. They hadn't started on my order. In fact, I had to tell them what it was.
