was denied any veterans day specials existed by the drive-thru person. she told me there was absolutely no specials going on for veterans Day 2020.

We go to this McDonald’s at least twice a week. We know the employees pretty well! They always get our order right. The quality of workers and food is amazing!
Every time I go through the drive-thru they get my order wrong! They have left out fries, they can’t count to 20 nuggets (ALWAYS get shorted), and one day a girl just looked at me and told me she couldn’t change out the coke she gave me for the Diet Coke I ordered and paid for. Management at this store does not care either....
Service needs to be corrected rude people and something is always broken the registers or mc cafe machine was broken this am.
This is our neighborhood McDonalds. It's always fantastic. Older lady who helped us was very kind and helpful!
Honestly the McDonald's is fine but the manager is a huge asshole. Very rude, very unprofessional.
