Ordered breakfast on the app and checked in as here at 10:23. The line was long so we had to wait and when we got up to the window they said they cancelled our order and because of the line we were stuck for another 10 minutes and didn’t even get our food. I guess it’s what I get for ordering McDonald’s.
Worst customer service, horrible management. I came to let them know i did not receive my full order and i was told there wasn’t anything she could do. Didn’t even try or care. Stay away from management. They good for nothing expect act as a vessel
Long line in the drive thru, two different people tried to take my order, English is not their first language.
Trash and Garbage everywhere smell like garbage inside. Rats rodents caca roaches everywhere nasty place workers doesn't clean at all. Workers do Not work at all. Place is NOT CLEAN AND NASTY
Most all signage out. Service slow. Building dark. Zero personality. Please do something about your overall service, terrible. Chik filet down the street is closed for a remodel so you are picking up sales from that. Update, 18 minutes in drive thru, no urgency 3,16 2026
