So, i actually made contact over the phone with the manager Sarah? Sonja? She questioned everything i had already gone over woth the customer service people. So, they dont actually try to contact the restaraunt like they tell you over the phone. After realizing this the mgr said she could not find the purchase by date or amount and wanted my card number I gave her one but didnt know if that was the one i used.
