Photo attached is this building company running bulldozers at 6:40 a.m. outside of my apartment where hundreds of other people reside only 10 yards away. Raleigh noise ordinance specifically states this should not occur before 7:00 a.m. The obviously don't care about the community, nor do they care about violating codes to cut corners. Makes you wonder what other corners they're cutting in their building process...
