When I approached them about a flooding problem, they took the time to observe the situation. They said they'd get back with me in a "couple days". I never heard from them again. They are on the list of people who don't want to help. Beware!
Employees are just out here openly breaking the law. They lied about having a permit to park in the bike lane, which is only issued when absolutely necessary and requires signs to be placed which obviously weren't there. If you're thinking about hiring these crooks I would consider the potential lawsuits you'd face when they don't get the permits they're required to get and commit crimes while doing work for you.
