This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have experienced management and brand consistency issues that would have McDonalds corporate office shutting down this franchise. From a high chair being used to shut down a second lane, listening to an employee talk on her cell phone through the drive-thru intercom, shake machine “broken” after 6pm, new LTO’s advertised, but not available, fries that were sitting on a heat lamp until every available bit of moisture has evaporated out of them, fries that were limp and underc... read more
