The bathroom was horrible and the manager said that she will deal with it later... that she was busy dealing with customers umm 😐 so what was I... she could’ve sent one of her employees out to handle the situation other than looking at me up and down to see what kind of person was I... sad
My family and I will never support any McDonald’s industry due to this one particular store! The service to all the customers and myself was awful and it was mainly from the “manager”! I have audio recording of how the night went while I waited 10-15 minutes for a cold and stale burger and fries. Not only is this the slowest McDonalds I have ever encountered, these are some of the rudest employees ever. Do better McDonalds...
the service was awful and the wait
I always have loved McDonald’s, especially when I eat there during the course of the month. It’s clean, smooth, soft and freshly prepared food with drinks and portions of good service.
over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru is completely unacceptable. I would have already left except it was a mobile order & my card has already been charged over 20 minutes ago for what has been ordered and I'm not willing to let them take my money for nothing.
Was waiting in line to pay for my food on yesterday and see smoke. The manager inside vaporing around food. Smdh
Not thrilled that an employee is vaping inside the restaurant where kids are eating.
