Slowest fast food car line around it's like only one person working
Ordered a 5 dollar meal deal and still didn't get my order after 20 minutes so I jus left because let's be honest it's only 5 dollars there is nothing but irresponsible kids that work at this location probably making tik toks if I could give zero Stars I would
Went in at 9:30 at night after work. Had to wait 25 minutes for the food, even though no one else was in the building waiting when we ordered. Had to ask for ketchup and napkins. Also got a medium size drink even though I paid for a large. Didn't get a single apology from that rude staff member. If not for the food being good, I'd see no reason to ever go back to this location. Horrible service.
You have to place your order at a kiosk, no one at the front counter. It took 18 mins to get our food, it was cold. The frappe was melted. Several people came in and ordered food to go and drive through before we finally got ours. And not until we went to the counter to ask. It was apparently sitting off to the side out of view. If you eat here I recommend drive through or to go. Dine in orders apparently come last at this location. The staff was rude. Its a new location, not much seating available.
