We did an online order and we got to the parking to curbside pick up... we had to go in to pick up our order... we ask the guy and his answer was... it's to cold... and to finish we got home and the order was incomplete missing some the items we order...
Just went there for breakfast and in my sausage egg mcgriddle found a plastic thank God I open it to put the jam and saw the plastic otherwise I will not know what will happen...disgusting
Very very slow service. Personnel is very nice and patient with a lot of customers coming in but it looks like more employees are needed. It took 15 minutes for a couple of happy meals. I’ve tried the pickup option and it also takes 10+ minutes for simple orders - not a fast food service for sure. The patio is very comfortable if weather is nice. Not a big restaurant and it doesn’t have a playground for kids.
I’m honestly done with this location. I’ve already lost count on how many times I’ve had the exact same issue, I pay for multiple sauces through the app, and every single time they either don’t put them in the bag or they hand me ONE when I tell them they forgot to put the sauces in the bag. I’m not asking for anything free. I’m asking for what I paid for. What’s the point of having a giant screen showing the order if the employees don’t even look at it? It’s not complicated: make the order exactly how it’s shown.
First time: Kicked out of McDonald's!! The local high school hosted a play on Friday night. About 12 kids, including myself and other parents took the kids after the show 10pm for late night bites and to allow the kids to have fun in a safe environment. After delayed food orders because this location does not operate like a restaurant, but more like a stand up or drive up burger stand.
