They need a break room. Most of the limited seats are taken by employees. The big table that's needed was taken by employees having a meeting. One of the other few group tables had one solo employee waiting for food. Every one is nice, food is good, just not enough seats. They also don't have anybody to take your order. I don’t expect a lot, it’s Mcdonald’s but omg never again. Avoid curbside. I had to get in the drive thru line after waiting 15 minutes checked in, and they handed me the food cold. They take 30 minutes to open for breakfast. Not a 24 Hour restaurant.
Customer service is horrible and the amount of time we had to wait for a McChicken sandwich was ridiculous.
This McDonald’s sucks in every way possible. Simple food orders take forever. Both inside and take out. Staff is very passive aggressive and lackadaisical. Play place has arbitrary operational hours. Food is mehh. I guess that’s what you get when you hire nothing but teenagers that would rather be on their phones or chit chat with their friends that come in to see them. For a new McDonald’s, this is very sad.
