Poor experience - was excited for a location close to home but wrong food has been given to me in the drive through and/or missing food. Also meat is burnt. Not a good experience.
I’m usually not a fan of this McDonald’s and try to avoid coming here because of past bad experiences. However, today was different. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service! Rupi, the manager, and Preet, a crew member, were both so kind and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed, and their friendliness truly made my visit enjoyable. As long as they’re here, I’d be happy to come back. Thank you for your great service and kindness!

We were really excited because it’s the new McDonald’s and it’s built closer to our house, but the food is normally burnt. They don’t like to help you at the only one register that is in the store. Everything else is kiosk or drive-through.
